  • You’re reliable — you show up on time, every day, ready to work
  • A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (you’ll be in a company truck)
  • EPA 608 certification — or you’re willing to earn it (we’ll pay for it)
  • NATE certification is a plus, not a requirement
  • You’re professional and clean-cut in a customer’s home — respectful of their space and their time
  • You’re willing to learn, take direction, and grow into more responsibility
