What we look for

Show up. Wire it right. Take pride in it.

  • You show up on time, every day — reliability is the whole job
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (you’ll drive a company truck)
  • A journeyman license OR an apprentice card — or you’re willing to enroll and earn one
  • Working knowledge of the NEC and safe, to-code practices
  • Professional with customers — clean, respectful, and clear in someone’s home
  • Willing to learn, take direction, and keep up your continuing education
