  • You show up on time, every day, ready to work
  • A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (you’ll drive our van)
  • A plumbing license or apprentice card where the role calls for it
  • Willing to take a fair share of the on-call rotation
  • Customer-facing professionalism — clean, respectful, and honest in someone’s home
  • Willing to learn our flat-rate, leave-it-cleaner-than-we-found-it way of doing things
