A dated primary bath rebuilt as a spa-style suite — curbless walk-in shower, freestanding tub, double floating vanity, and heated tile floor.

The scope
The existing primary bath was a builder-grade box with a fiberglass tub-shower and no storage. We reconfigured the whole footprint: a curbless, fully waterproofed walk-in shower with a linear drain, a freestanding soaking tub under the window, a double floating vanity with real drawer storage, and a heated tile floor for Kansas winters. New ventilation and moisture detailing mean it stays dry and lasts — the part you don’t see is the part that makes it hold up.
