An addition is the most technically demanding remodel there is: you’re tying new structure, roof, and mechanicals into a house that’s already standing, and it has to match — inside and out — so it doesn’t read as an obvious bolt-on. We handle the design, the structural engineering, the foundation, and the exterior detailing so the new space matches the roofline, the trim, and the character of the original home. Because we design and build it, one team owns the number and the schedule from the first sketch through the day the new room is furniture-ready.
