  • You show up on time, every day — reliability is the whole job
  • A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation to the job site
  • Carpentry or relevant trade experience — or a genuine eagerness to learn it
  • A jobsite-safety mindset: you look out for yourself and the crew around you
  • You can read plans and specs — or you’re willing to learn how
  • Professionalism around clients — it’s their home, and you represent us in it
