Fairway, KS
A screened, covered porch with a built-in outdoor kitchen and fireplace — engineered, permitted, and detailed to match the home.
Before / after shown as placeholder blocks for this demonstration build — a client swaps these for real project photos. The gallery structure (fixed dimensions, native lazy-load, no JS) stays the same.
The scope
A bare concrete patio that never got used became the family’s favorite room. We designed a covered, screened porch that extends the home’s architecture — matched roofline, trim, and ceiling — with a built-in outdoor kitchen (grill, counter, sink) and a gas fireplace for shoulder-season evenings. Footings, framing, drainage, and the gas and electrical runs were all engineered and permitted. Now it’s three-season living that looks like it was always part of the house.
