Roof Replacement

When a roof is past patching — curling shingles, bald spots, granules filling the gutters, or a deck that’s soft underfoot — a replacement is the honest fix, not another repair that buys a season. We tear off down to the deck, replace any rotted decking we find (and show you the photos), and install a full architectural shingle system: ice-and-water shield at the eaves and valleys, synthetic underlayment, proper ridge ventilation, and manufacturer-matched flashing. You get a clean site with a magnet sweep for nails, a workmanship warranty, and a manufacturer warranty on the shingles. If it’s storm-related, we’ll document it for your insurance claim.
