  • You show up on time, every day — reliability is the whole job
  • Attention to detail: clean cut lines, smooth coats, no shortcuts
  • A valid driver’s license and a clean-enough record to drive a company van
  • Comfortable working on ladders and lifts, at height, all day
  • Respectful in customers’ homes — tidy, courteous, and trustworthy
  • Willing to learn our prep standards and take direction from the lead
