Wallpaper Removal

There are two ways to deal with old wallpaper: do it right, or paint over it and hope. We do it right. We score and strip the paper, then dissolve and wash off every trace of the adhesive — the step that gets skipped, and the reason painted-over walls bubble and crack a year later. Most walls need some patching and skim-coating once the paper is off; we price that honestly in the written estimate after we’ve seen what’s under there, not as a surprise on the final bill. Then a proper primer seals the surface, so your new paint bonds to the wall — not to forty-year-old glue.
