The job
After a May hailstorm, this two-story went from a lowballed “no damage” worry to an approved full replacement. Our estimator got on the roof with the adjuster, pointed out the hail bruising across the south and west slopes, and the claim was approved for a complete tear-off. New architectural shingles, synthetic underlayment, ridge vent, and color-matched gutters — the homeowner paid their deductible and nothing more.
