The job
Not every replacement is a storm claim. This roof was simply worn out — curling three-tabs, granule loss, and a couple of small leaks starting. The homeowner financed the job with $0 down and we upgraded them to architectural shingles with proper ridge ventilation, which their old roof never had. Tear-off, deck inspection, and install in a single day.
