Exterior · Case study
Leawood, KS
Faded, chalking siding and failing caulk brought back to life — power-washed, scraped, spot-primed, and finished in a durable weather-rated coating.
Before / after shown as placeholder blocks for this demonstration build — a client swaps these for real project photos. The gallery structure (fixed dimensions, native lazy-load, no JS) stays the same. We never use stock photography.
The scope
The exterior on this Leawood two-story was chalking and peeling on the sun-facing walls, with caulk lines that had given up. We power-washed the whole house, scraped and sanded the failing areas, replaced all the failed caulk, spot-primed the bare wood, and spot-treated a small section of soft trim before it got worse. Then two coats of premium weather-rated paint on the body, crisp contrast on the trim and shutters, and a fresh front door. Landscaping and windows were protected throughout, and the whole site was cleaned before we left.
