The scope
This Overland Park office suite needed a refresh but couldn’t afford to shut down. We scheduled the work after hours and across a weekend, phased by work zone, and used low-odor, low-VOC coatings so staff walked into a fresh space with no lingering smell. Common areas, private offices, and the lobby were repainted in the company’s updated palette with crisp accent walls, all surfaces prepped and repaired first. Furniture and electronics were covered and protected each night, and the space was clean and ready for business every morning. The team didn’t lose a single working day.
