Lee’s Summit, MO
A weathered deck and sun-beaten siding stripped, sanded, and refinished — sealed against Missouri weather and color-matched to the home.
Before / after shown as placeholder blocks for this demonstration build — a client swaps these for real project photos. The gallery structure (fixed dimensions, native lazy-load, no JS) stays the same. We never use stock photography.
The scope
A hard-used cedar deck and the adjacent siding on this Lee’s Summit home had gone grey and rough. We stripped and sanded the deck back to clean wood, made a couple of board repairs, then applied a penetrating, weather-rated stain that brought the grain back and sealed it against sun and rain. The sun-faded siding beside it was washed, scraped, and repainted to match, with fresh caulk at the seams. Two surfaces that had aged badly, brought back and tied together — and protected so they hold up through Missouri summers and winters.
